Learn More About Our Process
At Danbury Kitchen Warehouse, we believe every great space starts with a clear, collaborative process. From your first visit to our showroom to the final installation, our goal is to make your remodeling journey simple, stress-free, and enjoyable. We take the time to understand your vision, guide you through design options, and handle every detail with precision and care. Whether you’re updating a kitchen, bathroom, or custom built-ins, our proven step-by-step approach ensures your project stays on track, within budget, and exceeds expectations.

1. Understanding Your Vision
Start by visiting our showroom during business hours to discuss your project. Bring along any drawings, photos, or appliance specifications you’re considering. Together, we’ll explore door styles, colors, and cabinet designs to help bring your vision to life.
Appointments are recommended, but walk-ins are always welcome.

2. In-Home Consultation
If you don’t have exact measurements or would like extra guidance, we’ll schedule a home visit. During this consultation we:
- Take detailed measurements
- Review your design preferences, timeline, and budget
- Document your wish list and take photos of your space
We’ll then arrange a follow-up appointment at our showroom to meet with a designer.

3. Design & Estimate
With all the information in hand, we carefully review your measurements, notes, and photos—taking into account plumbing, electrical work, and your existing layout. From there, we create a preliminary design and provide a budget estimate.
Moving Forward: If you love the design and estimate, we request a small commitment (typically 10%). This fee goes toward your purchase and allows us to refine the design with more detail and renderings. It doesn’t lock you into one design—it simply ensures we can dedicate the time needed to perfect your project.

4. Finalizing the Details
We return to your home for final measurements and adjustments. Then, we meet again in our showroom to review the updated design, make refinements, and finalize your selections.

5. Placing Your Order
Once you’re ready, payment in full is required for all materials. Any prior deposits are applied toward the purchase. We’ll provide an estimated delivery timeline based on the manufacturer’s schedule.

7. Installation
If you choose us to do your installation, we review installation details and finalize payment arrangements (typically a 20% deposit is required to schedule) prior to delivery. Our team ensures floor plans, drawings, and all details are reviewed with the installers.
The installation team then brings your kitchen to life, following all specifications. Once the cabinets are installed, your space is ready for countertop templating and installation.

8. Enjoy Your New Kitchen!
Your dream space is complete—time to sit back, relax, and enjoy it.
